First Coast appreciates the feedback you send to us through our satisfaction surveys. We evaluate your feedback every day and use your suggestions and questions to help drive improvements to our websites.
• Added a warning alert to all website shared tools at 30 minutes of inactivity that the tool will expire in 30 minutes. Previous warning box only appeared two minutes before the timeout.
• Added more attention/red bold to statement on all webinar flyers explaining that to register, you must create an account in First Coast University (FCU). We also added detailed FCU registration instructions to all Spanish-language event flyers.
• Added the first-level appeal fax number (previously found only inside and at the top of the downloaded form) to the
appeals contact information page to advise that fax is an option.
• Removed digital signature fields from electronic data interchange (EDI) forms to eliminate accessibility issues.
• Added external link to the Washington Publishing Company external code lists to our
remittance advice page to more easily obtain CARCs, RARCs, provider adjustment reason codes, claim status codes, and much more.
• On our
tools center page, added a “Most popular tools” box to highlight the top tools based on provider usage.

Therefore, this is a dynamic site and its content changes daily. It is best to access the site to ensure you have the most current information rather than printing articles or forms that may become obsolete without notice.
