Florida Part B Remittance Delay:
UPDATE: November 16 – The Florida Part B 835 ERA file delay issue is expected to be resolved the first week of December. Once resolved, you will be able to retrieve the ERA file dated November 9. We are working on this issue as a top priority. This notification will be updated once the ERA files have processed. Thank you for your continued patience.
ISSUED: November 10 – Florida remittance file delay: The Part B 835 Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) files for Florida for retrieval on November 10 are delayed. We will update this notice once the files are available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The TIBCO gateway is available 24/7, except for routine weekly maintenance and scheduled outages to maintain performance and allow for functionality updates. During weekly maintenance and scheduled outages, access to the gateway may be unavailable. The routine maintenance schedule can be found below:
