SPOT system status and scheduled maintenance

Current system status

SPOT is available.
Note: If you are unable to access the SPOT, this may be due to the annual certification requirement. Please log in to IDM and verify your SPOT role status. If you no longer have a role for SPOT, follow the instructions to Add a role today.

Regular maintenance schedule

SPOT is available 24/7, except for routine weekly maintenance (Wednesday 8-10 p.m.) and scheduled outages to maintain performance and allow for functionality updates. During weekly maintenance and scheduled outages, access to SPOT may be unavailable.
Note: Secure documentation submissions received after 6 p.m. ET weekdays, or on weekends and holidays will receive a receipt date that reflects the next business day.

Identity Management (IDM) System

Maintenance for the CMS IDM system may occur during off-peak hours and may affect your ability to log into SPOT.

Electronic submissions

All electronic submissions originating from SPOT or the IVR submitted after 6 p.m. ET during weekdays, any time during a weekend or on First Coast Service Options’ corporate holidays will receive a receipt date that reflects First Coast’s next business day. All faxes, except for those sent as critical inquiries, fall under the same guidelines. Faxes or emails sent as a critical inquiry fall under the same guidelines if they’re received after 4:30 p.m. ET.

Urgent SPOT system alerts will be posted above and sent via email to SPOT users. We encourage all users to maintain a valid email address within their IDM profile to continue to receive these notifications.
