Acknowledgement reload request

Provide the information required in the form below to request a reload of your acknowledgement information. An email will be sent to you within an hour of submitting the form indicating the information you requested is available in your EDI Gateway mailbox.
NOTE: This page should only be used by trading partners who are directly submitting through the EDI Gateway and using their own submitter number. If you are sending/receiving your files through a clearinghouse, please contact your clearinghouse for any reload requests. Also, only acknowledgments for files received on or after September 10, 2012, can be reloaded through this process. For prior dates, please contact Medicare EDI at 888-670-0940 option-1 for assistance.
