Trading Partners must have a unique Login ID and a password in order to use the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Gateway.
The Login ID was sent to your office via the U.S. Postal Service. If you no longer have access to that information, you will need to contact First Coast EDI Department and request a copy of the letter that contains your Login ID. Click here for additional information about your Login ID.
To protect data, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires you to change your password every 60 days. Before you complete this form ensure you have your Login ID and that your new password meets the requirements. Click here for the password requirements.
Only click "Submit" one time. Clicking the button multiple times may cause an error. Remember, your password is case sensitive.
If your change was successful you will receive a message indicating the current date, time, and PASSWORD CHANGE SUCCEEDED.
