EDI Log In Criteria

About your EDI Log In ID
To help maintain the confidentiality of Medicare beneficiary information and other PHI, CMS requires a login ID and a password to access the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Gateway.
Providers who wish to submit or receive files through the EDI Gateway must first complete and submit an EDI enrollment form pdf file. Upon approval, First Coast will assign a unique login ID. Please contact Medicare EDI within 10 days to obtain your temporary password.
The login ID and password together are your logon command in your billing software and must remain current to avoid transmission disruptions.

Login ID Criteria

Login IDs are case sensitive.
Login IDs contain upper case letters [A-Z], a special character, and numbers [0-9] and can be up to eighteen characters long.
The Login ID does not expire and must be entered exactly as given.
