EDI Gateway Password Change
You need a mailbox ID and a password to use the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Gateway system.
The mailbox ID was sent to your office via the U.S. Postal Service. If you no longer have access to that information, you will need to contact First Coast Service Options (First Coast) to request a new mailbox ID. Trading partners located in Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands should call 888-670-0940. Trading partners located in Puerto Rico should call 888-875-9779.

To protect data, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires you to change your password every 60 days. Before you complete this form ensure you have your mailbox ID and that your new password meets the specified criteria.

If your change was successful you will receive a message indicating the current date, time, and PASSWORD CHANGE SUCCEEDED.
