Determining my locality FAQ

Q. How can I determine my locality?
A. Florida is divided into four localities based on county groupings. For most services, including those reimbursed from the MPFS, locality 01 and locality 02 are combined and referred to as locality 99. Click here for a list of Florida counties and associated localities.
Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands do not have “localities”; each territory is considered a single locality.
First Coast Service Options (First Coast) strives to ensure that the information available on our provider website is accurate, detailed, and current. Therefore, this is a dynamic site and its content changes daily.
