View our video on avoiding non-response medical review denials

First Coast collaborated with other Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) to bring you our educational video on MAC Medical Review best practices and how updating your contact information will prevent unnecessary denials. Check out this video external link on our YouTube channel at youtube.com/FirstCoastServiceOptions external link.
MACs identified that providers are frequently receiving non-response denials during the medical review process. We provide instructions on how easy it is to update your enrollment record to identify who receives and responds to Additional Documentation Requests.
Let us know if you enjoyed the videos by selecting the Like button or taking our survey available in each video description.

Our mission is to help you understand Medicare policies and navigate through the program’s processes. One way we do this is by creating brief YouTube videos on common questions we hear or errors we see when you’re completing common transactions such as responding to ADRs. Our channel now offers over 30 videos in English and Spanish and 11 playlists.
