Los códigos HCPCS de productos de sangre ya no requieren factura en papel (JN)
Para reducir la carga del proveedor, ciertos códigos HCPCS con precio de contratista ya no requieren una factura en papel.
Cuando la información de la factura se introduce en el campo narrativo de una reclamación para cualquiera de los códigos HCPCS enumerados a continuación, no es necesario proporcionar la factura en papel real para estos servicios.
