IDM uses this personal information only to verify your identity. Your information will be sent to Experian, an external identity verification provider, to help us confirm your identity. LCDs are developed to deny coverage or limit coverage of a service to specific conditions or frequencies. First Coast will consider reasonable and necessary services for payment in the absence of an LCD, billing and coding article, NCD, or CMS manual instruction limiting coverage.

No, the IDM authentication system will only send one passcode to one device at a time. However, secondary devices should be registered in the event the first MFA device does not generate. Refer to Multifactor authentication and SPOT registration for details.
No. Each MFA device must be used for the SPOT account for which it’s registered.
Yes. It is recommended that you register more than one MFA device. To register a second or third device, refer to Multifactor authentication registration.
You can search for billing and coding articles by diagnosis code on the CMS website. The Medicare Coverage Database (MCD) allows you to search for billing and coding articles related to the LCDs in a variety of ways including keywords, “A number,” CPT/HCPCS procedure codes, and ICD-10 diagnosis codes.
