The durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies (DMEPOS) fee schedule is updated on a quarterly basis, when necessary, in order to implement fee schedule amounts for new codes and to correct any fee schedule amounts for existing codes. [MM7070]

FCSO's fee schedule lookup tool is being redesigned and is currently unavailable. Please refer to the fee schedule data files section to obtain allowances in either PDF or compressed (zipped) tab-delimited format. An improved fee schedule lookup is coming soon.
