The quick search option is another simple option to search for an LCD or NCD. • Step 1: Enter the LCD ID (L number) and click “Search by ID” or select local /national coverage. • Step 2: (Skip this step if you did not search by L number) • Step 2: (Skip this step for NCDs) If you selected LCD, select the appropriate geographic area. • Next enter keyword(s) (title only) and/or CPT/HCPCS/ID9 code. | |
