How to register for SPOT
Step 1: Submit new organization form
Organizations must submit a new organization form that designates an approver and is signed by their authorized or delegated official:
- Provider office or organization form - View form instructions
- Billing service or clearinghouse form - View form instructions
- Billing services and clearinghouses are encouraged to use the SPOT migration list template to request the conversion of multiple providers from your current non-portal submitter ID to your new SPOT submitter ID. This enrollment option is only permissible when the provider has previously enrolled with your company for electronically billing First Coast.

Step 2: Determine your role and complete instructions
Once your new organization form has been approved, choose your role, review the description, and find your instructions.
