Current system status

Regular maintenance schedule

SPOT is available 24/7, except for routine weekly maintenance (Wednesday 8-10 p.m.) and scheduled outages to maintain performance and allow for functionality updates. During weekly maintenance and scheduled outages, access to SPOT may be unavailable.

Note: Secure documentation submissions received after 6 p.m. ET weekdays, or on weekends and holidays will receive a receipt date that reflects the next business day.

Identity Management (IDM) system

Maintenance for the CMS IDM system may occur during off-peak hours and may affect your ability to log into SPOT.

Electronic submissions

All electronic submissions originating from SPOT or the IVR submitted after 6 p.m. ET during weekdays, any time during a weekend or on First Coast's corporate holidays will receive a receipt date that reflects First Coast’s next business day. All faxes, except for those sent as critical inquiries, fall under the same guidelines. Faxes or emails sent as a critical inquiry fall under the same guidelines if they’re received after 4:30 p.m. ET.
