  • The Latest tab will keep you current on significant announcements and updates to enrollment in the Medicare program.
  • The New enrollment and Enrolling and reporting changes pages contain a wealth of information you need to know about initially enrolling or reporting changes to your Medicare enrollment. Find out which forms you need to complete, where to send them, and current processing time frames.

  • Avoid the wait! Submit provider enrollment applications electronically via the Provider Enrollment, Chain, and Ownership System (PECOS) and enjoy reduced processing time and a paperless enrollment process.
