Welcome to the First Coast Provider Enrollment Gateway. This tool can be used for uploading enrollment applications and responses to development requests, requesting a copy of enrollment correspondence sent to you, or to check the status of a previously uploaded application.

Note: The quickest, most efficient way to submit a Medicare enrollment application is by registering and using the Provider Enrollment Chain and Ownership System (PECOS) .
