Common working file ‘dark days’ Friday, October 3 through Sunday, October 5

Due to implementation of the October 2025 release, there will be common working file (CWF) “dark days” Friday, October 3 through Sunday, October 5. This means the CWF online health insurance master record (HIMR) inquiry will not be available on these dates. Limited information will be available through First Coast’s interactive voice response (IVR) and web portal, the SPOT.

Here is list of IVR functionality limitations or requirements during CWF dark days:

  • Claim status - both the Part A and Part B IVR will require the beneficiary date of birth for claim status.

  • Eligibility is limited to four years - any dates of service beyond that are not available.

  • Voice recognition will not be available for beneficiary name - must use touch-tone.

  • Eligibility - If the last name is less than six characters and it contains a suffix (JR/SR) or a hyphenated name, callers will need to enter the additional characters, up to six, to complete the last name for HETS.

    • Example - last name of Plum Jr. would need to be keyed in as “plumjr” (total of six characters)

    • Last name of ‘Perez-Ortega’ would need to be keyed in as “perezo” (total of six characters)
