Appeal status requests must be obtained through SPOT

To enhance efficiency and ensure the secure handling of appeal information, effective December 1, 2025, all providers will be required to use SPOTto check appeal status and access duplicate appeal decision letters.

Please note: Customer service representatives will no longer provide appeal status updates or send duplicate decision letters by phone starting December 1, 2025.
