First Coast will make an initial attempt to contact the provider, and if we are unable to reach them, we will make additional attempts as appropriate based on the education need, project requirements, or any CMS directed guidance.

If no response is received, or if education is declined, the next round of TPE will be initiated at least 45 days from the date of the summary letter for providers requiring additional rounds.
