Health equity innovation

CMS has designed several initiatives to eliminate disparities in health care quality and access so that all Medicare patients can achieve their highest level of health. Innovations in health equity are programs and organizations that address social inequalities in housing, transportation, work, and other parts of society that create disparate health outcomes.
