Skilled nursing facilities (SNF) January 1 revalidation deadline indefinitely suspended
Enrolled skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) should continue collecting data on ownership, managerial, and related party information and submit their revalidation. However, there is no submission deadline until further notice.
For those SNFs that have not yet submitted their Form CMS-855A or PECOS revalidation application, CMS has provided supplementary instruction to assist completing the expanded SNF information:
