There will be Common Working File (CWF) "dark days" Thursday, July 2, through Sunday, July 5, due to the July 2026 release installation. The interactive voice response (IVR) unit will have limited availability. Our web portal (SPOT) will be available. In addition, the Provider Contact Center will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day.
