There will be Common Working File (CWF) "dark days" Friday, April 3, through Sunday, April 5 due to the April 2026 release installation. The interactive voice response (IVR) unit will have limited availability. The portal will be available for eligibility inquiries. In addition, the contact center will be closed in observance of the spring holiday.
