Note: This page should only be used by trading partners who are directly submitting through the EDI Gateway and using their own submitter number. If you are receiving your ERAs through a clearinghouse or billing service, please contact your vendor for any ERA reload requests.
Only ERAs received on or after September 10, 2021, can be reloaded through this process.

The Login ID was sent to your office via the U.S. Postal Service. If you no longer have access to that information, you will need to contact First Coast EDI Department and request a copy of the letter that contains your Login ID.
