SPOT Registration FAQs
First Coast’s Secure Provider Online Tool (SPOT) is a free web-based application hosted through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ Enterprise Identity Management (EIDM) portal. New users must create an EIDM account and request access to SPOT.
