Selections failed to print FAQ
Q: I tried printing a copy of my completed E/M interactive worksheet for my records, but some of my selections failed to print. How do I resolve the problem?
A: To ensure access to the full functionality of the E/M interactive worksheet, some internet browser versions (e.g., Internet Explorer) may require slight adjustments to their settings:
1. Select Tools from the Internet Explorer upper menu.
2. Select Compatibility View from the submenu.
3. Your internet browser will display a message indicating that you are now in Compatibility View:
4. To print a copy of your completed E/M interactive worksheet, you may either access your internet browser’s print menu or click the Print Worksheet button located at the bottom of the worksheet.
