Mobile viewing available for secure email messages

Providers who receive secure email messages from First Coast Service Options Inc. (First Coast) can view them using a mobile device.
In order to protect personal identifying information or personal health information, First Coast will sometimes send providers secure emails. If you receive a secure email from First Coast, it will contain instructions, including mobile viewing instructions, and will look like this:

To view the email message, you must fully download the attachment, then open and sign in. To view the message on a mobile device, you must forward the email to and you will receive a sign-in link that is mobile-compatible. If you receive a secure email message from First Coast and you have not used ZIX software before, you must complete a short registration process before reading your message. First Coast ceased using the IronPort software and began using ZIX software to send secure email messages to providers on July 30, 2017.
