Take the challenge
When you see this image, please take two minutes to help us improve your experience. Many of the great features on the First Coast website came from ideas offered through this survey.
First Coast issues challenge to all providers to complete Foresee survey before April 6
The First Coast Service Options’ websites get better, when you make it so. How does that happen? Each new idea, self-service tool, or new article depends on you, and your participation in our ForeSee customer satisfaction survey.
Between now and April 6, we are challenging all providers to let us know how we’re doing by taking the ForeSee survey. We’re hoping to generate hundreds of new ideas of how we can improve your experience.
Each time you fill out the ForeSee survey or submit a comment about your experience with the education websites and SPOT, we listen. We take your ideas and challenges and use them to see how we can improve current functionality or develop new features.
If you have taken the survey in the past, thank you. We used those results to add a decision tree to help you find just the right form to manage your provider enrollment in Medicare. Our SPOT account holders wanted First Coast to make it easier to submit correspondence electronically, so we gave them the ability to submit appeal requests, responses to additional development requests, and overpayment forms via PDF.
Beyond these examples, First Coast has added many new features that help you diagnose and fix claim denials, stay in compliance with Medicare regulations, or to better serve your patients. These improvements get started with your participation in our survey.
How the ForeSee survey works
Take the survey each time it is presented to you. The results are continuously reviewed by our team. If you want to discuss your feedback further, you can include your email address with your survey submission and we will contact you directly.
If you complete the survey, the invitation will not be presented to you for another 30 days. If you decline to take the survey, the invitation will be extended to you again 15 days following your visit.
We’re counting on you to help us help you.
First Coast Service Options (First Coast) strives to ensure that the information available on our provider website is accurate, detailed, and current. Therefore, this is a dynamic site and its content changes daily. It is best to access the site to ensure you have the most current information rather than printing articles or forms that may become obsolete without notice.
