About the ForeSee survey
As a frequent visitor to the First Coast website, First Coast Service Options, Inc. needs your help to know how we can make your experience better.
Each time you fill out the ForeSee survey or submit a comment about your experience, we listen. We take your ideas and challenges and use it to see how we can develop new features. We also take the compliments where our tools function quite well and work to make them better.
How the ForeSee survey works
Take the survey each time it is presented to you. The results are continuously reviewed by our team. If you want to discuss your feedback further, you can include your email address with your survey submission and we will contact you directly.
If you complete the survey, the invitation will not pop up for another 30 days. If you decline the survey, the invitation will be extended to you again 15 days following your visit. The survey invitation will be extended to you in those time frames no matter how often you visit the site or how many times you have taken it in the past.
Each new idea, self-service tool, or new article depends on you, and your participation in our Foresee survey.
If you have taken the survey in the past, thank you. We used those results to add many new features to help you diagnose and fix claim denials, stay in compliance with Medicare regulations, and ultimately better serve your patients.
