EIDM: View/Modify ‘My Profile’ FAQ

Q: How do I view my EIDM profile? What information may be modified?
A: Your EIDM account profile contains information about you. You may view and make to changes to your personal information through the My Profile section of the EIDM website.

EIDM Account: View My Profile

1. Navigate to CMS’ EIDM portal: external link
EIDM home
2. Enter EIDM User ID and Password
3. Choose MFA device
4. Click Send MFA code and enter it once you have received it.

5. Check to agree to Terms and Conditions

6. Select My Profile from the My Portal menu
If you would like to make changes to your EIDM profile, select the option you wish to change in the left-navigation menu, Manage Profile.

Here you can change various fields, including name, date of birth, email address, phone number and address. Make changes, then click Submit

Change Password

Enter your old password, new password, confirm new password, then click Submit.

Change Security Questions

To change your security questions, first enter your User ID and password and click Next.

Then, enter your security questions and answers and click Submit.

Remove MFA

Choose the device you would like to remove, then click Send Code.
Once you receive your security code, enter it in and click Remove Device.
