PECOS assistance

Q: What should I do if I get stuck at a certain point when submitting a PECOS application and do not know how to continue the submission?
A: If you get stuck in your PECOS application due to a specific question, contact the First Coast provider enrollment customer service. Representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. ET/CT at 1-888-845-8614.
If you get stuck in your PECOS application because of a technical, system issue, contact the External User Services (EUS) help desk. Representatives are available Monday-Friday, 6 a.m.- 6 p.m. CT at 1-866-484-8049.
