SPOT session length FAQ

Q: How long will my SPOT session last?
A:  The Enterprise Identity Management (EIDM) portal system, which hosts the Secure Provider Online Tool (SPOT) will terminate SPOT sessions due to inactivity. To assist users in keeping their SPOT session from expiring unexpectedly, a timeout warning will appear notifying them when they have 10 minutes remaining of their 20-minute session. If the user clicks the Keep Working button, the session will be refreshed for another 20 minutes and they will remain on the page where the Keep Working button was clicked. They can also choose to log out by clicking the Log Off button. If users take no action, the timeout clock will count down from 10 minutes and go to zero. If the timer reaches zero, the alert box will close and they risk losing their SPOT session.
First Coast Service Options (First Coast) strives to ensure that the information available on our provider website is accurate, detailed, and current.
