The home health episode end date shown on SPOT differs from the discharge date for the same episode listed in the CWF. Why would eligibility information displayed by the portal differ from the same type of data retrieved from a CWF inquiry?
What types of insurance plans are displayed in MSP? If a beneficiary has coverage that is primary to Medicare, why would some or all of the information about the primary payer not be displayed in the MSP option under Benefits/Eligibility?
