Medicare uses a combination of national and local coverage requirements to determine whether certain ophthalmology services are covered.
During this webinar you will learn about:
Medicare coverage guidelines for vision services
Cataract extraction coverage indications, limitations, and medical necessity requirements
Billing, coding, and documentation requirements
Service-specific reviews for Eylea® (aflibercept)
