First Coast discontinues the automated file confirmation option on the Medicare EDI support line

Effective July 21, 2017, First Coast discontinued the automated file confirmation option on Medicare EDI support line, due to lack of interest. Submitters are instructed to download their 999 Initial Acknowledgement and 277CA Claim Acknowledgement reports to confirm successful transmission and claims acceptance and/or rejection information.
Submitter’s who are submitting through a Network Service Vendor using their own Submitter ID can reload their 999 Initial Acknowledgement and 277CA Claim Acknowledgement Reports by visiting An email will be sent within an hour of submitting the form indicating the reports are available for download.
