Florida and U.S. Virgin Islands Part A and Part B call center closure December 15
The customer contact center will not be available beginning at 1:00 pm on Friday, December 15, 2017, due to a corporate meeting. This means that no representatives will be available to handle incoming calls: however information can still be obtained through the First Coast Service Options Interactive Voice Response System (IVR).
The Florida and U.S. Virgin Islands Part A and Part B contact center will resume normal operations on Monday, December 18, 2017.
