Options for finding beneficiary deductible information

In order to find information on a beneficiary’s deductible, providers can use the following two options:
1. Interactive voice response (IVR)
The IVR is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week except for regularly scheduled maintenance. However, specific claim and/or eligibility information is available during the following times except for holidays:
Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET
Saturday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET
Part A: 877-602-8816
Part B: 877-847-4992
SPOT users may access a beneficiary’s eligibility data, including deductible information, for specific date(s) of service. This information is available through the “Eligibility” tab at the top of the SPOT homepage or through the “Check Eligibility & Benefits” window at the center of the homepage.
