PC-ACE Pro32™ Requirements

Prior to downloading PC-ACE Pro32™, you should review the following recommended minimum hardware and software requirements for PC-ACE Pro32™:
Medicare transmissions require the use of a direct dial line (able to place a call to Jacksonville, Florida) using a 9600-baud rate or higher asynchronous modem. No Wireless, DSL, Cable, or Internet connections can be used for transmissions.
One of the following communications options:
Alternate Transfer 5010– Designed for Windows 7, Vista, and XP is provided as an additional installation with your PC-ACE Pro32™ program, which when installed and activated, will automate the connection and transmittal commands.
Any communications package of your choice – If you use a communicate package other than that previously mentioned, refer to the “FCSO’s guide to the BCBSF gateway” for connection information: FCSO's guide to the BCBSF gateway pdf
SVGA monitor 800 x 600 resolution
Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000 or NT 4.0 operating system
Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 4.0 or later (for overlaid claim printing)
Internet access to download program file or CD-ROM drive
