PC-ACE Pro32™ Requirements
Prior to downloading PC-ACE Pro32™, you should review the following recommended minimum hardware and software requirements for PC-ACE Pro32™:
• Medicare transmissions require the use of a direct dial line (able to place a call to Jacksonville, Florida) using a 9600-baud rate or higher asynchronous modem. No Wireless, DSL, Cable, or Internet connections can be used for transmissions.
• One of the following communications options:
• Alternate Transfer 5010– Designed for Windows 7, Vista, and XP is provided as an additional installation with your PC-ACE Pro32™ program, which when installed and activated, will automate the connection and transmittal commands.
• Any communications package of your choice – If you use a communicate package other than that previously mentioned, refer to the “FCSO’s guide to the BCBSF gateway” for connection information: FCSO's guide to the BCBSF gateway 
• SVGA monitor 800 x 600 resolution
• Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000 or NT 4.0 operating system
• Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 4.0 or later (for overlaid claim printing)
• Internet access to download program file or CD-ROM drive
