Enhanced enrollment options now available via the interactive voice response system

First Coast Service Options Inc. (FCSO) is committed to providing the best service possible to our customers. In an effort to do so, we are pleased to introduce some new enrollment features to the Part A and B provider interactive voice response systems (IVRs).
The enhanced enrollment options are available beginning October 30, 2009. These new features include:
New IVR main menu -- when calling the IVR, please listen carefully to the main menu as some options have recently been changed or moved.
New enrollment option on the main IVR menu -- the IVR main menu has a new option 7 for enrollment. This new option will provide you with the status of your, as well as provide general enrollment information application (previously this was under option 2 of the main menu). The following new information may now be accessed via the IVR:
Summary of applications and when they are used
Summary of various certifications and documents required for provider specialties
Address to file your applications
PECOS Internet enrollment information
Open enrollment information
Information on participating in Medicare for providers
Where to find enrollment information on our Web site
How to report changes of enrollment information
We’ve moved the Medicare Advantage Plan information, previously found under option 7. This information may now be accessed under the eligibility option on the IVR main menu.
