Website enhancements
First Coast Service Options (First Coast) strives to make its Medicare provider website your primary source not only for the latest Medicare news and information but also for the online resources you use every day to improve your accuracy and efficiency of your Medicare billing.
To ensure that our website meets the needs of our provider community, we carefully analyze customer feedback --received through the ForeSee Results Survey and the Share feedback about this website form -- -- and implement enhancements to the provider site to help continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Throughout the year, we make subtle adjustments to navigation to make crucial resources more accessible, develop new site additions to meet informational/educational needs related to key changes in the Medicare program, and enhance the overall design and functionality of the site to make it easier to use.
