First Coast Service Options Inc. (FCSO) offers an array of Medicare educational events to give you the opportunity to expand your knowledge of Medicare and to fully understand program changes -- before and after their implementation. We understand that providers have busy schedules and may not have the time to participate in every live event, so we created this page to offer you the opportunity to review the topics discussed during many of our webcasts through session recordings or other downloadable training resources such as event minutes, Q&A summaries, or copies of training presentations.
Note: Although we try to record the majority of our training events, some recordings may not be available for download due to technical issues. In addition, availability of training resources may also vary.
