First Coast Service Options’ (FCSO) provider contact center representatives are available from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (Monday through Friday), Eastern and Central time (excluding holiday closings) to handle Medicare Part A and Part B issues.

If you are not satisfied with the level of service you have received from the provider contact center, you may request to speak with a supervisor who will return your call. If your issue still has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may speak with the provider contact center manager, Bryan Thompson, at 904-791-0920. If you are still dissatisfied with the quality of service that has been provided, you may contact the director of customer service for Medicare Part A and Part B, Ethel Miranda at 904-791-6012. Our goal is that you will have a positive and productive experience every time you call the provider contact center.

Note: The IVR is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except for regularly scheduled maintenance. However, specific claim and eligibility information are available Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM-6:30 PM, ET and Saturday, from 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, ET (excluding holiday closings).
