Provider contact center information

Hours of operation

First Coast Service Options’ (FCSO) provider contact center representatives are available from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (Monday through Friday), Eastern and Central time (excluding holiday closings) to handle Medicare Part A and Part B issues.

If you are not satisfied with the level of service you have received from the provider contact center, you may request to speak with a supervisor who will return your call within 48 hours. If your issue still has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may speak with the provider contact center manager, Bryan Thompson, at 904-791-0920. If you are still dissatisfied with the quality of service that has been provided, you may contact the director of customer service for Medicare Part A and Part B, Ethel Miranda at 904-791-6012. Our goal is that you will have a positive and productive experience every time you call the provider contact center.

Interactive voice response (IVR) system

Note: The IVR is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except for regularly scheduled maintenance. However, specific claim and eligibility information are available Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM-6:30 PM, ET and Saturday, from 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, ET (excluding holiday closings). For additional information, please refer to the Part A and Part B IVR operating guides.
